Viewing survey responses
Where to view
Survey responses can be viewed in the following places within the product
- App page: View the results in the Survey tab
- Renewal workflow: For seamless access to survey data, we've integrated it into your renewal workflow in the following places.
- Request Overview Page: Quickly view survey results anytime from the overview page.
- Insights Task: Seamlessly review survey responses within the dedicated insights task during the renewal process.

Ways to view
Once you send your survey, you can immediately start viewing responses.
- Summary view
- All Responses view
Summary view
Each question is summarized on a dedicated card, providing a quick overview of the results. Click the "View responses" button to see specific responses to a particular question.
- Radio Buttons: Presented as a pie chart (with an option to view as a bar chart) for flexible data interpretation.
- Checkboxes: Presented as informative bar charts to easily identify popular choices.
- Text Boxes and Text Areas: Displays the 3 most recent responses for quick reference.
- Sidekick AI summary: To streamline analysis and extract key takeaways, we're introducing Sidekick AI. Once your survey concludes, this powerful tool will generate a concise, high-level summary of the results.
