Setting up integration steps

Productiv's workflow builder offers a variety of integrations that enable you to automate tasks, streamline processes, and connect with other applications.

Adding integrations steps in the workflow builder

  1. To begin, drag and drop any of the Integration Steps into the workflow builder.

  2. Click on the step and fill the requested information.

    • If you haven't connected an instance yet, click the 'Connect new instance' button. A modal window will appear with information about the requirements and a link to the setup guide.

      • Once you have successfully connected the integration, the instance will available in the modal (note: you may have to refresh the page to see the instance). Click on “Choose instance” (1) to see available instances and then click on “Select” (2).

Accessing the setup guide

  1. Click on the integration step to open up the side panel.

  2. Next, click the 'Connect new instance' button to open up the set up modal. Then click the setup guide provided in the top right area of the page to view detailed instructions for each integration.

Including dynamic workflow information through smart fields (Jira, Ironclad integrations)

You can easily access and include important workflow information directly in your Jira tickets or Ironclad workflow, helping you streamline your processes and stay informed.

Adding smart fields

  • Open the relevant integration step: Locate the integration step where you want to add the information.
  • Click "Add smart field": Find the field where you want to include the workflow data and click on the "Add smart field" button.

  • Select your smart field: A dropdown menu will appear with a list of available smart fields. Choose the one that best suits your needs.

  • Include relevant information: Depending on the chosen smart field, you can access details like form information, app contacts, custom fields, contract information, and app metadata.

Purchase workflows:
  • Form information: Information from connected forms
 
Renewals workflows:
  • App contacts: Information related to the app's contacts.
  • Custom fields: Any custom fields associated with the app.
  • Contract information: Details about the app's contract.
  • Form information: Information from connected forms
  • App metadata: Additional information about the app.
