____________

Each of the three renewals views provides the same information, in different formats. Whatever filter you set in the first view you access persists in both of the other two views.

Table view

The Renewals home page displays the list of all apps with approaching renewals in table format by default.

Calendar view

The Calendar view shows the renewing apps ordered by either the contract renewal date (for apps that are not set to auto-renew) or by the cancellation deadline date (for apps that auto-renew).

Each entry includes the end date or cancellation deadline, the app with its category, and a summary of the contract details, including:

  • The amount of spend over the contract term
  • The length of the term
  • The contract ID number

Graph (time line) view

The Graph view lists the apps due to renew plotted on a graph by date, with lines and circles showing the magnitude of the contract size. Contracts that auto-renew include an infinity symbol in the circle.

  • Teal blue lines represent the 90 days before a contract's end date or, for auto-renewing contracts, the cancellation deadline

  • Red lines represent the cancel-by date for auto-renewing contracts

  • Gray lines represent the time past a cancel-by date for auto-renewing contracts

Hover over the chart to display additional details.

Filtering a view

The filter mechanism for Renewals is very similar to that used to create customized Views of the App Portfolio, including the ability to share your views of Renewals with others.

Use the Filter function to customize your view of impending Renewals dynamically. The Filter function enables you to specify a series of criteria to build filters intuitively. You can apply criteria one at a time, or apply multiple rules at once.

Sharing a filtered view with others

You can use the Share function at the upper right corner of the Renewals home page, to share a filtered view with others. To pop up the Share view modal, click Share in the upper right corner of the Renewals home page. You can download a link to this view to share it with others, or capture and download a snapshot of this view.
