Notifications List

This list details the types of notifications that are sent to users via email and Slack (and Teams) in Productiv.

Admin inactive user signup Sent when user try to access Productiv and prompts email recipient to give them a user-role
App access granted (via Okta) Sent went an app access has been granted through okta
App adoption engagement LT User engagement report-license tier
App adoption engagement Non-LT User engagement report-non license tier
App tags notification Sent when apps are updated with new details
Productiv Home support message Support email sent from Productiv Home
Approval done Sends approval status of Productiv Home approval request for a specific app
Productiv Home approval reminder Sends when there are pending Productiv Home approval requests
Productiv Home approver email Sends when there is a Productiv Home approval request for a specific app
Productiv Home request denied Sent when access request for an app has been declined
Productiv Home request sent Sent when user requests access to an app
Beta connector approval requests Sends when there is a beta connector approval request
Completed reclaim ALID Sent when license has been removed
Connector re-auth Sent when credentials for an app have expired and prompts customer to reconnect the app
CS-OPS spend review Sends when new spend category has been added by a customer
Custom segment completion Sent when custom segment user reports are ready
Dkim setup failure Sent when DomainKeys Identified Mail setup has failed
Downgrade Workflow Sends downgrade workflow suggestions
Email Ticketing Sends standard email with a body
Engagement data ready Sent when engagement data is ready to view for an app
Expense Anomaly Sent when there is an unusual spending activity on a Saas application
HR mapping task Prompts customer to enter additional input to view team-level insights
License renewal reminder Sends reminder to renew license
Licenses low Sent when licenses are running low
Licenses over Sent when licenses are running over
New annotation Sent when there are new annotations and allows recipient to view the new annotation
New app discovered Sends when there is a new Saas app discovered
New app expense Sends expense reports on a new Saas Application
Off-boarding app owner Sent to app owner when license has been deprovisioned from a user
On-boarding task invitation Provides link to on-boarding tasks
Pending reclaim ALID Sent when a license access is being taken away and allows recipient to reclaim the license
Reclaims connector re-auth Sent when provisioning connector credentials have expired
Renewal status notification Sends the number of contracts with renewal status changes
Rightsizing task completion Sent when license right sizing batch is completed
Sign-up tenant access Sent when user requests access to Productiv
Sign-up verification Sent to activate and access free Productiv account
SMTP configuration test Sends when the SMTP server has been configured successfully
SSO setup invitation Provides link to SSO setup
Teams data ready Sent when organization and team data is ready
Test email Sends a test email
Ticket closed Sent when app-center approval ticket has closed
Ticket created Sent when app-center approval ticket has been successfully been created
True up reminder Sent when contract true up is coming up
User sentiment survey Sends user sentiment survey for a specific application
Welcome email Sent to new Users
Welcome email non SSO Sent to new users without single sign-on
Workflow comment mention Sends email when someone is mentioned in a workflow comment
Workflow marked as Not Renewing Sends email when a workflow is marked as Not Renewing
Workflow renewal first message Sends first formatted slack message with workflow details
Workflow task approved Sends email when a workflow task is approved by a user
Workflow task assignment Sends email notification when a workflow task is assigned to a user
Workflow task assignment Sends slack notification when a workflow task is assigned to a user
Workflow task rejected Sends email when a workflow task is rejected by a user
