Benchmarks toggle. Turning it on displays benchmarks throughout the Productiv app. |

App list tabs. The number of tabs corresponds to the amount of data about the app - the more data the more tabs. |

Segment filters. Allows you to filter according to org chart segments, data and data sources. |

Engaged users. Number of engaged users in the app. |

Provisioned Licenses. Number of licenses in use currently. |

8. |
Recommendation. Productiv derived app recommendation of rightsizing. |

9. |
App contacts. Contacts pertaining to specific app areas. |
|
10. |
Labels. Labels attached to the apps. These can be customized. |

Notes. Notes pertaining to the app. These notes are often used to create an audit trail. |

Annotation. Allows you to make/edit a note on the chart. |

Fiscal Year Spend. Total amount of money spent in the fiscal year. |

Contract annual spend. Annual amount of money spent on contracts. |

Contract Renews. Contract renewal date. |
