List of provisioning connectors
For applications with provisioning connectors, Productiv supports automatic license provisioning to make licensing changes directly in the application.
The following table outlines which actions are available for each application.

| Box | X | - | - |
| Docusign | X | - | - |

* The Google Workspace connector is a special situation. Google offers a license tier called “Archived” for organizations who wish to keep users’ data after they’ve left the organization. If you have the Archived Users licenses, the provisioning rule can find ‘suspended users’ and downgrade them to the Archive license tier.
** The connector supports downgrading an Agent to an End User and moving their tickets to a service account.
*** Work with your Productiv Customer Success Manager to set up a special rule to upgrade users for the Zoom app. A rule that looks at a defined rolling engagement window of time can be created to upgrade users who have a basic license and have hosted X number of meetings that lasted more than Z minutes and had more than Y attendees. You can define the X, Y, and Z variables.
