Connector States

There are three states a connector can be in: Connected, Not Connected, and Error.
  • When a connector is Connected, it is connected to Productiv and working correctly.
  • Connectors that are Not Connected are connectors that are not currently connected to Productiv. These connectors are for applications that have been detected in your organization’s portfolio.
  • If a connector was once connected but has been disconnected, it will say “Disconnected” on top of its tile in the Connector Library.
  • If a connector is in the Error state, that means there is an issue with the connection to Productiv.
    • At the top of the tile for the connector, it will say “Connection Error”. If there are multiple instances of this connector, the tile will display how many instances have errors.
    • The bottom of the tile will have information regarding the nature of the error and how to rectify it.
