App management widget

This article describes the Dashboard's App management widget.

The App management widget shows the number of all apps detected by Productiv, specifying how many are Managed (require SSO authentication by a provider other than Google Social, have connected engagement connectors, and/or have contracts uploaded to Productiv) and how many are Discovered (detected in the system via Google Social login, via CASB, or via non-contract expenses). It also shows the most commonly used Discovered apps. 


To examine Discovered apps more closely, click Review discovered apps. Productiv displays the App List Discovered apps view.
