This article describes how to use your Productiv My Account page to set up email notifications and alerts.

Your Productiv My Account page provides a way to set up email notifications about app events. You can create notifications across all apps, or for specific apps and instances. 

This article describes how to configure the following types email alerts:

  • App updates and alerts
  • Contract renewals
  • Organizations: License provisioning batches
  • Data ready to view

Display your My Account page

To view your My Account page, scroll down the Navigation pane until you see your user name, then click your user name.

Set up notifications across all apps

The following table shows how to set up notifications across all apps:

To see...

Select...

Any new updates and alerts for any app

App updates are sent once per month. App alerts are sent the same day the condition arises.

App updates and alerts

Upcoming renewals for any contract set to auto-renew or expire

Renewal reminders are sent 90, 60, 30, and 14 days before the contract expires.

Contract renewals

Any newly-discovered apps

Notification is sent the same day the app is discovered.

Discovered apps

New licensing workflow results

Notification is sent the same day the result occurs.

Operations: License provisioning batches

The number of free app licenses is running low

Notification is sent when the number of remaining free licenses goes below 5%. (This is the default threshold; it can be updated if desired.)

Operations: Licenses low alert

Any additional overall app operation occurs

Notification is sent the same day the condition occurs.

Operations: Overall

New data uploads are ready

Notification is sent the same day the condition occurs.

Set up notifications for specific apps and instances

To get notifications for specific apps and instances:

  1. Scroll to the For specific apps & instances section
  2. Use the search box to search for the desired app or instance by name
  3. Select the type of update you want: App updates and alerts, Contract renewals, Operations: License provisioning batches, or Data ready to view.

(Operations: Overall, and Discovered apps notifications are not available for specific apps and instances.)
