Integrate custom apps with Productiv

The Productiv Developer APIs provide a flexible method for integrating custom and on-premise applications with Productiv. These APIs push usage events and user information in a standardized format so they can be included in your app portfolio in the Productiv platform.

Remember that connecting your single sign-on provider, uploading your contracts, and connecting your spend information also provides unique insights into an app, whether it is a SaaS app or a custom/on-premise application.

You can use our developer APIs to bring engagement data for a custom/on-premise app into Productiv.

To locate your client credentials and link to the detailed Developer API documentation:

  1. Select the Settings icon from the left navigation.
  2. Select the Organization tab.
  3. Scroll down to the Developer API section.

The Productiv Developer API documentation includes steps for:

  • Setting up an application
  • Authorizing the application
  • Publishing usage events
  • Publishing the provisioned user
  • Publishing finance data
  • Uploading batch files
