View or add AppCenter users

The AppCenter tab Additional settings section provides access to the list of employees at your site, and shows the most recent time they accessed the AppCenter. 

Manage users

To view the list of AppCenter users, click Manage users. Productiv displays the Settings page’s Users tab.

Note: Depending on the site’s default user permissions for SSO, a user who has not yet been provisioned directly on the AppCenter, but signs in to an app using SSO, may be added to the AppCenter automatically. To add a new AppCenter user explicitly, click Add new AppCenter user.
