Outdated: Sorting and filtering app portfolio data

Find data that meets certain criteria

Focus your view of the organization’s portfolio by sorting columns on the App List and filtering to see only the data that meets your criteria. Sorting and filtering are available from the Full list view of the app list.

To sort the list of apps, select the header for the column by which you want to sort. Click the header again to sort in the opposite direction (i.e., A-Z vs Z-A).

To create filtering criteria to narrow down the list of apps, click the filter icon next to the column name you want to use as criteria for narrowing down the App list:

1. In the dropdown, select Empty, to identify and show apps in the portfolio that do not have a value for the selected column.
2. Select Not empty to filter out those items without a value for the selected column.
3. Check one or more box(es) to indicate which criteria you want to use for filtering the App list and click Apply
4. Choose Select all to check all boxes or Deselect all to clear all boxes.
5. Select Reset to return the filter to the default setting.
