Manually add an application to your App Portfolio

Our system automatically adds applications to your App Portfolio once usage or spend data is detected. However, you may need to add an application manually before any data is available.

You might want to do this to:

  • Run a workflow for a new application before it has usage or contract data.
  • Store the approval status for an application that doesn't have associated data yet.

Steps to Add an Application

It only takes a few clicks to add an app to your portfolio.

  1. Navigate to your App Portfolio.
  2. Click the three-dot menu (⋮) on the right side of the page and select Add an application.
  3. In the modal that appears, search for the application you want to add under the "In Productiv Catalog" section.
  4. Select the correct app from the search results and click the Add application button.

That's it! The application will now appear in your App Portfolio and will be available in search.


Important Information

  • Please note: At this time, there is no way to remove an application from your portfolio once it has been manually added.
