Accessing Productiv’s Security Documentation

At Productiv, we prioritize the security of your data and maintain full transparency regarding our compliance posture. If you need to review our SOC 2 Type II report, recent penetration test results, or other critical security certifications, you can access them directly through our Trust Center.

How to Access the Trust Center

To view or download our security documentation, follow these steps:

1. Navigate to the Portal: Go to trust.productiv.com.

   Browse Documents: You will find a library of available documents, including:

   • SOC 2 Type II Report
   • Annual Penetration Test Summaries
   • Operational Security Documentation
   • Data Classification and Retention policies
2. Request Access: Some sensitive documents may require you to "Request Access."

• Centralized Resource: No need to email support or your account manager; everything is in one secure location.
• Secure Delivery: Ensures that sensitive audit reports are handled through a verified, encrypted channel.

Note: Access requests are typically approved within one business day. If you are a current customer, please use your corporate email address to expedite the verification process.
