You’ll notice a new friendly face (well, a widget) in the bottom right-hand corner of your screen. This is our new AI Answers tool.

- Always On: Whether it’s 2 PM or 2 AM, the AI is ready to dig through our documentation for you.
- Smart Searching: Just type your question in plain English, and it’ll point you to the exact resource you need.
Goodbye Portal, Hello "Beacon"
We’re simplifying things by moving away from a traditional support portal. There is no longer a separate login or dashboard required to view your tickets. Instead, all of your new conversations will be saved right within the Beacon (that same widget in the bottom right corner). It’s streamlined, lightweight, and stays with you while you browse the site.
Same Reliable Contact Form
If your issue is a bit more complex or you just prefer the human touch, don't worry—nothing has changed there. You can still use our Contact Form just like you did before. Our support team is still on the other side, ready to dive deep into any technical snags or account questions you have.
Why the change?
The old platform served us well, but as we grow, we want to ensure you aren't stuck in a queue or fumbling with extra passwords for a support portal. By using the AI for quick fixes and the Beacon for history, we can focus on getting you answers in seconds rather than hours.
