Navigate to contracts of interest and utilize the Filter button to filter contract details to a preferred view across multiple data layouts, including Table, Calendar, and Graph.

Steps
1. Log into your Productiv account.
2. Hover your mouse over the left sidebar > Select Contracts on the left sidebar.
3. Select a layout view of your choice on the right side of the screen.
4. On the left side, click into the Search field to search for contracts by entering the application name.
5. Click the Filter button to filter the contract list to your choosing. Let's explore this function in more detail!
6. From here, you can select the following:
- App to choose the apps whose contracts you want to view within a specific 90-day window, set by you.
- State to filter the contract list by Expired or Active contracts.
- Vendor to choose the vendors whose contracts you want to view within a 90-day window, set by you.
- Contract ID to choose the app Contract IDs you want to view.
- Contract term spend to filter the list by contracts with term spend that are within a specific range, greater than, less than, or equal to a value, set by you.
- Contract annual spend to filter the list by contracts with annual spend that are within a specific range, greater than, less than, or equal to a value, set by you.
- Payment term to filter the list by specific payment terms, set by you.
- Payment frequency to filter the contract list by specific payment frequency options, including, annual, monthly, yearly, advance, etc.
- Start date to filter the list by specific contract start dates, set by you.
- End date to filter the list by contracts whose end dates are before, after, or within a set of days, set by you.
- Term to filter the list by specific contract terms.
- Auto-renews to filter the list by contracts set to auto-renew or not set to auto-renew.
- Renewal status to filter the list by contract renewal states.
Note: Use the filter button to also select multiple filters of your choosing.
7. From the Table layout, utilize the Change columns button to also add filters from here.
