Conditional questions in a form

Conditional questions in a form provide you with the ability to ask additional information based on response to a specific question, by displaying additional questions based on the response to the question

 

To add conditional question, click on the add conditional question icon visible on the top right section of the question on hover.

 

On click a conditional question block is displayed.

 

You can define (1) the condition to be evaluated and then drag and drop the question (2) to displayed if the condition is evaluated to be true. Select question added and update its properties. To add more questions to this condition, you can drag and drop more questions.

 

You can also add a condtional question to existing conditional question. To do this click on the Add condition icon on the conditional question.  

 

On clicking to Add conditional icon, will add a  conditional block below the conditional question. You can repeat the same steps to define the conditions and update question properties
