Review provisioning results to track success of provisioning workflows
Once you’ve run a provisioning workflow at least once, the Provisioning results table and Provisioning and engagement over time chart are displayed on the Provisioning page of the app to report on automated or suggested outcomes.
Because activity data can lag by a few days, the results from your provisioning run may take those few days to appear in your user data (when it catches up to the present). These in-progress batches are identified with a dotted outline in the table and in the chart.
The Provisioning results table
The Provisioning results table includes details for each outcome based on the rules for the selected app, including:
- Result - the outcome of each rule
- Type - whether the workflow is a saved list, has taken direct action or makes suggestions
- Status - whether the workflow completed or if there are errors
- Users matched - the number of users whose licenses are affected by the rule
- Users with outcome - the number of users with license changes made by the workflow
- Owner - the user who ran the workflow
- Run finish date - when the workflow completed (after any notification wait time)

Select a result to open the Batch details page to see a summary of that provisioning batch.
Select User settings to change your Email notification settings and subscribe to individual notifications.
Select Organization settings to change notifications sent to Slack and subscribe to individual notifications.
The Provisioning and engagement over time chart
The Provisioning and engagement over time chart plots provisioned, engaged and inactive users, along with the number of users affected by a provisioning workflow. Hover over the date to see additional details.
To see the usage trend over a different time period, select 3 months, 6 months or 12 months at the bottom of the chart.
Filter the chart by the type of user by selecting the Provisioned, Engaged, and Inactive labels at the bottom of the chart.
