Customize views by date
Use the date filters to narrow down the information presented throughout Productiv. The date filters allow you to change the lens of the data you are viewing to dial into details and ask specific questions of your organization's data for a particular date range. For example, you may need to look at historical engagement rather than the current monthly active users.
Since the availability of engagement data varies from app to app, Productiv selects a default “as of date” that is based on the app with the slowest lag time for how their APIs provide data. The lag time is typically between 2 and 5 days, depending on the app. The “as of date” provides the most complete information across all apps. When viewing a specific app, you can choose a more recent date if the data is available.
Data is shown for a period of time that ends with the “as of date” or the selected date. This rolling window provides engagement of monthly active users, which may give a more accurate view of usage than a single point in time. However, you can choose an earlier date and a smaller or larger window of time from the Date filter.
To select a different ending date, select the date from the calendar. Select Jump to latest data to return to the most recent information. To select a different window, select 1 day, 7 day, 30 day, 60 day or 90 day.
If you’ve selected a different date or a different window, the filter button shows your selection with a black background.
