If you have App Admin or Productiv Super Admin privileges, you can queue up to 200 PDF contracts at a time for uploading to, and processing by, Productiv Customer Operations.
- Ensure that the documents meet the minimum criteria described in Contract data requirements.
- Click Settings. The Manage Data tab should be selected already.
- In the Platform data section, find the row for Contracts. Click that row. Productiv displays the Contract data page.
- Start the contract upload process.
The Current data source table at the top of the page shows all the contract data sources your company has connected to Productiv. This includes any contract connectors (e.g. Box, Coupa, Ironclad) as well as contracts that were uploaded manually to Productiv. Click on the “Files” button on the right side to see all files uploaded through that data source.
If your company needs to connect a contracts repository, the available contract connectors can be seen under the Add more data sources section. If you have at least App Admin privileges, click Configure on the tile for the desired repository and follow the instructions. If you don’t have permissions, you can click Invite a teammate to connect contract data.
If you want to upload your PDF contracts manually, scroll to Manually add contract details section, open the Instructions accordion to view guidelines, and then click the Upload contract documents... tile.
As the status of each individual contract data file updates to Processed, you can view the updated contract data in the app’s Contracts tab.

How long does it take?
For a single contract, once the contract is uploaded it takes another day or two for Productiv to process the data and display it within the Productiv console. For details, see How long does contract ingestion take?
