The fate of user data after deprovisioning or downgrading depends on the provisioning license involved.
The following table shows the range of actions available after license change.
| Box | Documents from deprovisioned users are transferred to a new folder in a service account, which is specified when setting up the Box License Management workflow in Productiv. |
| Docusign |
When a user is deprovisioned, their account is closed. All envelopes that belonged to the deprovisioned user are shared to the user account specified when the Docusign connector was set up. |
| Dropbox |
The deprovisioned user's data is retained as is, in a basic account for that user. |
| Microsoft 365 | The deprovisioned user's Outlook mailbox may be converted to a shared mailbox. |
| ServiceNow | Problems, changes, and incidents assigned to a user who is deprovisioned, stay assigned to that user. The connector does not handle any data transfer. Any reassignments must be handled manually in ServiceNow. |
| Zoom | Meetings, recordings, and webinars from deprovisioned users are transferred to a new folder in the service account specified in the Productiv Zoom License Management workflow. |
