This article describes how to use Productiv's contract editing tools to modify contracts that have already been uploaded and processed, right in the Productiv console.

The Contracts Summary section provides totals for contract annual spend, contract term spend, and the date that the next contract comes up for renewal. Below those statistics, the User licenses and line items table holds line items for all contracts that have been uploaded and processed for this app.
When an app has more than one type of license, the licenses in this table are grouped by type.
If you have at least App Admin privileges...
To drill down on an individual contract, click its contract number.
Productiv displays the Contract details.
To edit the contract details, click the Edit button, in the upper right corner of the contract details.

Note: Contracts that lack an Edit button may have been archived. If so, they are labeled as "archived". If a contract has an Edit button but the button is greyed out, it may be because you don't have the right permissions (if you do not have at least App Admin privileges) or due to Support issues. When you click the greyed-out Edit button, text displays to explain why you can't edit.

Edit contract details
The contract details for the contract you clicked were populated when the original contract was uploaded and processed by Productiv. This detail shows the data from the uploaded contract, plus a PDF view of the contract itself.
The PDF viewer lets you page through the contract (if the contract has more than one page), zoom in on the contract details, rotate the contract view, download a copy of the contract to your desktop, or print the contract directly from the screen.

Fields you can edit
You can edit any of the following fields:

Note: At this time, the details of auto-renewing contracts cannot be edited. That option will be added at a later date.
Add, delete, or duplicate a row
To add a new row to the Licenses section, click + Add Row, at the lower left corner of the section. Productiv displays a new row with all the fields noted above.
The new row's Start date, End date, and Term fields are populated with the same data as the previous filled-in row, but the rest of the fields are blank.
To delete a row or copy a row, click the garbage can or copy icons to the left of the new row.

Saving your changes
Once you complete the row and click Done, in the upper right corner of the form, the total cost of all licenses is updated to include the information you just input, then return to the Contract details to see your changes.
Note: If you don't see your changes right away, refresh your screen.
Productiv validates the information you just entered for consistency, and alerts you with a ! icon if there are any issues.
The edit is recorded in the contract audit log, located at the top of the Contract details section next to the Edit button.
