App Portfolio 101
The app portfolio is a centralized location where you can use different views to look at groups of apps. You are also able to customize filters and fields according to your desire.

Allows you to select a specific app view, save an view, publish it, share it or save it as a new view.

| 6. | Apps | Reflects the number of apps and vendors in your app portfolio list. |
| 7. | Contract Annual Spend | Reflects the contract annual spend in your app portfolio list. |
| 8. | Fiscal YTD Spend (Total) | Reflects the past year to date spend of the apps in your app portfolio list. |
| 9. | Change Columns/Customize Fields | Allows you to change columns or customize fields appearing in your app portfolio list. |
| 10. | App Portfolio List | Displays your current app portfolio list. |
Clicking an app in your app portfolio list results in the app being loaded, along with its pertinent information.
