SSO Data - 'Active' vs ‘Inactive’

When looking at SSO app usage data, what does ‘Inactive’ mean?

Users are only listed as Active or Inactive for apps that they have access to, whether it's for a paid or free license.

For example, if a user doesn't have access to an app (i.e., they don’t have a login account — paid or free), they will not show as Active or Inactive for that app in the Productiv instance.

However, if a user has access to a free app license (i.e. Figma), the user will show up in the Inactive group with ‘0’ listed as the number of active days in the past 30 days.
