Identify Users with Low App Adoption for Targeted Interventions

Identifying apps with low adoption allows you to create targeted interventions. The key for creating such an intervention is to act on the smallest number of users possible.

The following example shows how to create an intervention for Zoom.

  1. Load the Zoom Meetings app.
  2. From the Custom segments, select Customer Success.
  3. Click # Inactive users.
  4. Download users as a .csv file and act on the information.
