Tracking Expired Contracts & Renewals

Tracking expired contracts and renewals allows you to stay on top of expired contracts and upcoming renewals, along with setting notifications. 

 

Setting Notifications in Your Profile

To receive alerts for upcoming contract renewals, do the following: 

1. Log into your Productiv account.

2. Click the Profile icon at the top right of the screen > select My account.

3. In the Across all apps section under Email notification settings, click the checkbox next to Contract renewal approaching. 

Note: To set notifications for specific apps, click into the field under For specific apps & instances > search for and select the apps in question > select the Contract renewed approaching checkbox for each app.

Tracking Upcoming Renewals on the Apps Page

1. Select Apps on the left sidebar of the Productiv account.

2. Click the views dropdown.

3. Select the Upcoming renewals view.

4. You'll be able to get a view of contracts ending within a date range, set by you.

Finding Expired Contracts from the Contracts Page

1. Select Contracts on the left sidebar.

2. Click the Filter button.

3. Select State

4. Select Expired

5. View a list of contracts in an Expired state.

Note: Also from the Contracts page, you can use the End date filter to view a list of contracts ending within a date range, set by you.
