Identify Owners For Apps Across Business Functions And Add Contacts To Apps

Knowing who owns what part of an app provides a single-source of truth in Productiv. These contacts receive updates automatically when certain events occur and provide visibility for the app.

1. Load an app.
2. Scroll to the app contacts section.
3. Click New/Edit.
4. Click Add Contact.
5. Select the contact type.
6. Select whether the user should be provisioned and subscribed to emails.
   This option is not available for Vendor or Other.
7. Click Save and Close.
