Types of connectors

Productiv supplies a range of connectors that connect to applications in your SaaS portfolio to provide you with data and insights. These connectors can be set up in Productiv via the Connector Library. Below is a table detailing the types of connectors in Productiv:

Engagement
Connectors that measures user engagement with an app that is not managed via single sign-on (SSO). Once that app's engagement connector is set up, Productiv can collect data and generate insights about how that app is being used.
Provisioning
Connectors that interface directly with apps to fetch accurate user provisioning and license tier information and supplement existing SSO login data with this info. For more information see Provisioning only connectors.
Single sign-on
Connectors that track engagement with all apps that are managed via a single sign-on authentication gateway, such as Azure, Google Workspace SSO, and Okta. Sometimes referred to as Platform connectors.
Spend
Connectors that track engagement with distributed expense/invoice management services such as Coupa, Expensify, NetSuite, Oracle, Sage Intacct, Workday, and Xero.
Network / CASB
Connectors that track engagement with secure network gateways and Cloud Access Security Brokers (CASB).
MDM
Connectors that help gain visibility into apps being installed on company-managed devices and the users installing them.
HR data
Connectors that track engagement with multi-user Human Resources platforms. Having at least one set-up HR data connector makes it easier to upload and maintain HR org chart information. This in turn, makes it possible to create custom segments for viewing data more closely.
Contracts
Connectors that track engagement with contract lifecycle management software. Having at least one set-up Contracts connector makes it easier to upload contract data in bulk.
Supplier Management
Connectors that feed data about suppliers. For more information see Whistic supplier data.
