Review contract details and change the status

    • Dates and details (end date, terms, auto-renewal deadline)
    • License numbers, tiers and costs
    • Status: Won't renew, Renewing...

Review application data

    • App instances, status, labels, contacts,
    • App usage, provisioned vs. active, features, teams

Interpret Recommendations to drive negotiations

    • Deprovision vs. downgrade licenses based on activity
