Contract Feature Enhancements

The Contract feature now includes more robust editing and validation tools. Here are the specific changes:    

Contract Editing: When modifications are applied to contract fields such as Cost / License, the editor automatically calculates the appropriate total cost and term, simplifying the process for users to submit edits.

Contract Validation: The recent update also features enhancements to contract validation workflows:

• If a user flags an issue on a contract that has a validation banner, Productiv  displays the user who flagged the issue (along with a Flag Icon).
• It also captures a note of what needs to be changed within the UI. Additionally, the Audit Log records the event, preventing multiple users from flagging a similar issue.
