Bulk Update Apps Portfolio

To update your application attributes directly from the App Portfolio page, including app names, IDs, descriptions, categories, app statuses, labels, and custom fields, follow the below steps.

Steps

1. Log into your Productiv account.

2. Hover your mouse over the left sidebar > select Apps.

3. On the right side, click the three dots > select Bulk upload.

4. Click the Download current app attributes.csv button to begin replacing and updating the current data on your App Portfolio.

5. Open the file once it downloads on your computer > update the fields, accordingly > then save the file on your computer.

6. Go back to your Productiv account > click the Next button at the top right.

7. Click Browse file to upload the updated file.

8. Click the checkbox next to I understand that this will replace current data.

9. At the top right, select Finish importing to update your app information in your portfolio.
