How the list of teams is populated from org chart data

The Teams and locations filter reflects the teams and locations included in org charts uploaded for your organization as of the selected date.

To select a team or location that's been removed from the applicable org chart, first select a date when that team existed.

If you select a team/location new to the most current org chart, you may not see data. Data will start accumulating for the new team or location as of the date the team/location was added to the org chart, and will display according to the API lag time for that app.

For best practice, connect an Organization/HR data connector to make sure your org chart data is always up-to-date.
