Viewing user devices

Learn which type of devices were used for performing actions

Understand where users in your organization are engaging with this app on the Devices chart on the Features page for an application. If available for the selected app, the chart shows devices specific to the selected app.

The pie chart(s) show the percentage of users who performed actions in the app on that device as compared to the selected user population. The chart shows details when hovering over each pie segment. Click a chart segment to open a list of users for that segment.

Track trends for device usage for the app in the device table below the chart.

The dynamic chart displays detailed information for each action when hovering over it.

View any annotations by selecting the annotation markers at the bottom of the chart. Application Admins and Productiv Super Admins can add a new annotation to the chart.

To see the usage trend over a different time period, select 3 months, 6 months or 12 months.

To switch between the number of users and a percentage of provisioned users, select the Magnitude or %/Provisioned Users label.

Filter the chart by the type of device by selecting the labels at the bottom of the chart.

Select Download trends as .csv to send data to a .csv file.
