Learn more about feature usage for an app

Identify exactly how people at your company are using an application on the Features page.

Feature use for an app is collected through its engagement connector.

To open the Features page, open the app you want to view, and select the Features tab.

The Features page presents visualizations to show how users in your organization have used the selected application. Metrics are shown as a percentage of active users during the selected date/window of time.

• Get a snapshot of users who have performed the action, with a comparison to 30 days ago on the Which actions did users do? chart.
• Track trends in activity for different app actions in the Actions over time chart.
• Find out whether users are performing the action on a computer, mobile device or phone on the Devices visualizations.

To find out how actions are defined for this app, select the How are actions defined link to open the Category actions popup. The Category actions table defines the API events tracked for this app.
