Viewing actions over time

See how app adoption has changed over time

Track trends in usage of different app features over time on the Actions over time chart on the Features page for an application.

Each action shows as a line plotting the number of users performing different actions in the page over the selected time period.

For apps with multiple actions, select the Add action filter to select actions performed in the app. Selected actions are highlighted and shown as labels for the chart. To remove an action from the display, click the X next to the action label. The dynamic chart displays detailed information for each action when hovering over it.

View any annotations by selecting the annotation markers at the bottom of the chart. Application Admins and Productiv Super Admins can add a new annotation to the chart.

To see the usage trend over a different time period, select 3 months, 6 months or 12 months.

To switch between the number of users and a percentage of provisioned users, select the Magnitude or %/Provisioned Users label.

Select Download trends as .csv to send data to a .csv file.
