Select from a variety of preset views directly from the Apps list page. Productiv provides a slew of already-made views, including for spend, usage, renewals, and user activity.

Getting Started
1. Log into your Productiv account.
2. Select Apps on the left sidebar.
3. Click the views drop-down.
4. Select a view of your choice. Let's take a closer look at each one!
Preset Views
Below is a description of each pre-made Productiv view:
- All apps - get a comprehensive view of your app portfolio.
- My apps - view every application where you are an app owner.
- High spend but low usage - identify applications that have high past 12 month spend, low usage, and user activity. Note: you can set a different value for spend and activity.
- Discovered - see all discovered apps in your organization via expenses, social logins, and network/CASB activity.
- Upcoming renewals - view upcoming renewals with an end date coming up in the next 180 days. Note: you can set the filter to a different timeframe.
- Apps with contracts - identify applications for which contracts have been uploaded.
- Apps with expenses - identify apps in which the past 12 months expenses are greater than 0.
- Security - view the security posture of your portfolio.
- App contacts - see contacts assigned to specific apps. These contacts receive notifications/alerts regarding app changes.
- Compliance - view your compliance certification posture.
- Unknown apps with expenses - identify unknown apps in your portfolio.
- Apps to put behind SSO - identify apps that are not backed by SSO.
