Productiv has always provided several ways to upload contracts and add or correct contract data, but up until now, this view has always been app-centric: users had to first find the app of interest, and then drill down to contracts via the App contracts page.
Now you can look at all the contracts your site has uploaded into Productiv, in one place. The new Contracts home page makes it easy to search across all contracts, filtering on a wide range of state, vendor, and contracts & spend parameters.
Where can I find it?
Click Contracts in the Productiv nav bar.
How can I use it?
Upload a new contract (1)
Click New Contract in the upper right corner of the Contracts home page. Productiv displays the Load new contract modal, which gives you the option of entering new contract data manually, uploading a single contract PDF file, or connecting an on-site contract repository to Productiv so we can process the contracts on your behalf
Share your filtered view with others (2)
You can use the Share function at the upper right corner of the Renewals home page, to share a filtered view with others.
With the view open, click Share. Productiv displays the Share view modal, which modal provides the means to either download a link to the current view, or capture and download a snapshot of this view.
Filter contracts by state, vendor, or contracts & spend info (3)
You can search the field of all contracts by App name, Contract State (Active, Future, Vendor, and add as many other contracts and spend parameters as you like. These include Contract ID, contract term spend, contract annual spend, payment term, payment frequency, start date, end date, term, auto-renews, and renewal status.
Use the Filter drop down to build the desired view, and if need be use the Change Columns dropdown to reorder the visible columns. There are two new columns:
- State shows whether the contract is Active, Expired, has no status (field empty), or the contract status is not specified.
- Renewal Cancel By date shows the deadline for opting out of contract auto-renewal.
View contract renewals three ways (4)
The option to view contract renewals in a table, in a calendar, or in a graph, still exists in the Contracts home page. Whatever filters you set in a view persists in all three views, until you explicitly change the filter.
For example, with the filter set to show apps with Active State, Term = 12 months, the Table, Calendar, and Graph views all show that data:
| Table | Calendar | Graph |
Get summary information (5)
The two widgets at the top of the Contracts home page provide a snapshot of current contract status across your app portfolio. They are only available in Table view.
The Total Contract value (TCV) widget dynamically adjusts to the current search and filter criteria, summing TCV across all located contracts.
The Upcoming Renewals widget shows you spend for all upcoming renewals. Pass your cursor over each month to see the breakdown for that month.
Drill down on contract details (6)
To drill down on contract details from the Contracts home page, click the Contract ID. Productiv opens the contract you requested, in Edit mode.
