We are pleased to announce the launch of a new set of Productiv Developer APIs, the Attributes Import APIs, which let you programmatically update various attributes of the applications in your Productiv portfolio. Along with the existing Productiv Apps Data Export APIs, you now have the ability to read and write application attributes, enabling you to keep this information in sync with other platforms and systems!
Why:
Some of our large customers use other enterprise asset management solutions such as ServiceNow which includes custom attributes for Apps. Customers need to keep several attributes of applications, including application tags, custom fields and app owners, in sync across the 2 platforms - Productiv and ServiceNow/Homegrown. This API enables the import of those attributes to apps in Productiv.
