How Productiv Anonymizes Data

Productiv aggregates the data such that no benchmark information will reveal any confidential information of a specific customer. Thus, most of our customers have decided our model is consistent with your agreement. Providing contract data for aggregation to power benchmark metrics will depend on the specific language in their agreements. 

Providing contract data to a third-party service provider is not generally a breach of contract. For example, they may use Google Drive to store their contracts and nobody thinks that's a breach of contract (even though Google now has their contract data). Similarly, they may provide contracts to Productiv for use in managing their application spend.
