04-04: More flexible renewal workflows

Renewal workflows can now have steps before the "Create renewal proposal" step, and after rejecting the "Create renewal proposal" step.

Some example use cases

• Add a form step before creating the proposal to gather information that helps the team decide if a renewal is worthwhile.
• Add an off-boarding step to handle vendor notification, data migration etc when not renewing.

How

• After the trigger step, you can now click the plus button to insert steps between the trigger and the "Create Renewal Proposal" step to add a new step.
  
  
  
  
• Similarly, on declining a renewal at the "Create renewal proposal" step, you can add additional steps afterwords.
