Hiding apps from dashboard widgets

Hiding an app from a widget will remove it from all widget data including charts, tables, and recommendations. Only Productiv Super Admins can change which apps are hidden for a widget. These changes are visible to all users within your organization.

Apps hidden from a widget only affect the widget they were hidden from. For example, hiding an app from the SOC 2 Compliance widget will not affect any other type of Compliance widget.

The following widgets support hiding apps:

When you want to hide a specific app from a widget in your dashboard, click the Review all apps button at the bottom of the widget. Inside the table, hover over the row of the app you want to hide and click the Hide app button.

From this modal, you can optionally add a reason for hiding the app from this widget. Select Hide for all users and the app will be hidden from the widget data for all users at your organization.

To unhide an app and re-include it in widget data, click the Review all apps button at the bottom of the widget. Inside the table, navigate to the “Hidden” tab and hover over the row of the app you want to unhide. Select the Unhide app button and click the Unhide for all users button to unhide this app for the widget.
