This article describes the Dashboard's SSO coverage widget.
For information on how to edit the configuration of this widget or change its location in the Dashboard, see Dashboard overview.
The widget displays the SSO status of all applications detected by Productiv based on information received from connected SSO platforms. It categorizes them into three groups:
- SSO enabled - Applications that Productiv has detected SSO logins for
- SSO not enabled - Applications that support SSO but haven't been configured yet
- SSO not supported - Applications that lack the functionality to integrate with SSO
Note: The widget does not consider Google Social Logins as SSO by default. To include them, check the "Include Google Social Logins" option in the Edit Widget settings.
It also shows the SSO-capable apps most commonly used by provisioned users, as a reminder that these apps should be SSO-enabled.
To review SSO-capable apps that have not yet been SSO-enabled, click Review SSO not enabled apps. Productiv displays a modal that list only those apps that support SSO, who are not currently behind SSO.
