Renewal recommendations

This article describes how the app Recommendation page changes when Also show renewal recommendations is toggled on.

To add renewal recommendations to the data on the app Recommendation page, click Also show renewal recommendations.

Productiv does the following:

1. Changes the title of the RIghtsize provisioning regularly chart to Prepare for renewals
2. Adds a renewal recommendation column to the Prepare for renewals chart, and
3. Adds a new column, For renewal, to the Provisioning recommendation breakdown.

All through lines that previously existed in the Rightsize provisioning regularly chart remain intact.

Interacting with the data

The Renewal recommendations column shows Productiv's recommendation for renewing your organization's contract (if available), or your app license footprint at the time of renewal, including a customizable renewal buffer.

You can interact with these data the same way you can with the Rightsize provisioning regularly chart -- by moving your cursor over each segment of interest.

As always, the Provisioning recommendation breakdown table provides more detailed information. With Renewal recommendations active. It summarizes the number of licenses for each tier with potential savings.

To hide the renewal recommendations, click Only show everyday provisioning recommendations.
