Example Of Licenses Being Overprovisioned

How do you handle when licenses are overprovisioned? In instances where you are overprovisioned, Productiv features the capability of offering rightsizing options. Do the following:

1. Load an app, for example Salesforce.
2. The overprovisioned messages are highlighted in red.
   
   If you were the IT contact or subscripted to alerts for Salesforce, you would have received a slack or email that you were overprovisioned.
3. Select the Recommendation tab.
4. Click the Also show renewal recommendation link.
   
   The renewal recommendation appears.
