Productiv has created a library of all our available connectors, accessible from anywhere in Productiv via the nav bar.
The Connector Library makes it easy to customize your connector display, or discover new Productiv connectors for apps that are already in use at your site, and then set up their Productiv connector.
These connectors display as a series of tiles. Each tile is sorted by category (engagement, single sign-on, spend, network/CASB, HR data, or contracts) and displays its current connection status. (For detailed information about states, see Connector states.)
Discovering connectors by status
By default, the Connector Library displays all connectors available at your company site. The connectors are sorted by type; that is...
| Engagement |
Connectors that measures user engagement with an app that is not managed via single sign-on (SSO). Once that app's engagement connector is set up, Productiv can collect data and generate insights about how that app is being used. |
| Single sign-on | Connectors that track engagement with all apps that are managed via a single sign-on authentication gateway, such as Azure, Google Workspace SSO, and Okta. Sometimes referred to as Platform connectors. |
| Spend | Connectors that track engagement with distributed expense/invoice management services such as Coupa, Expensify, NetSuite, Oracle, Sage Intacct, Workday, and Xero. |
| Network/CASB | Connectors that track engagement with secure network gateways and Cloud Access Security Brokers (CASB). |
| HR data |
Connectors that track engagement with multi-user Human Resources platforms. Having at least one set-up HR data connector makes it easier to upload and maintain HR org chart information. This in turn, makes it possible to create custom segments for viewing data more closely. |
| Contracts | Connectors that track engagement with contract lifecycle management software. Having at least one set-up Contracts connector makes it easier to upload contract data in bulk. |
All apps are displayed within their respective categories, in alphabetical order.
To view all connected apps:
Click Connected in the Connector Library selection bar.
To view all Not Connected apps:

If you know its category, click that category in the connector breakdown.
About Beta connectors
The Connector Library includes some Productiv connectors that are in pre-release. These are labeled "Beta" in the tile's upper right corner.
Beta connectors are connectors that have been tested extensively within Productiv, but are still new. We label such connectors "Beta" out of an excess of caution, because we're still collecting information about them. You can use these connectors right now; just be aware that there might be small changes or upgrades in the connectors by the time we remove the "Beta" label.
Requesting a new connector
Productiv is always looking for new opportunities to create connectors. If you don't find a connector you were looking for, you can help us by scrolling to the bottom of the Library page and telling us about your search.

Click Request Connector. A Productiv Customer Support representative will follow up with you shortly.
