To track the security and compliance posture of apps in your portfolio, follow the below steps.
From the Apps Page
1. Select Apps on the left sidebar of the Productiv instance.
2. Click the views dropdown.
3. Select Security to view the following:
- Data sources behind each app.
- Supported SSO protocols.
- The contacts associated with each app (app contacts receive alerts regarding changes and updates).
- Apps that have some type of data/security certification.
4. Select Compliance on the views dropdown from the Apps page to see the following:
- App statuses for each application.
- The number of compliance certifications that each app has.
- The specific certs that your apps have.
Filtering Security & Compliance Metrics
To filter the security and compliance data to a view of your preference, follow these steps:
1. Click the Change Columns button.
2. Under Security & compliance, select the filter/s of your choice > click Apply.
3. To use the Filter button to sort the metrics by a compliance certification view of your choosing, follow these steps:
- From the Apps page, click the Filter button.
- In the Search list, scroll down until you get to the Security & Compliance section.
- Select a certification of your choice.
- Select is > then select compliant, unknown, or non-compliant.
From the Dashboard
1. Select Dashboard on the left side panel of your Productiv account.
2. Go to the Compliance coverage widget (to see which apps have a compliance certification).
3. Click the three dots corresponding to the widget > select Edit widget.
4. Click the Compliance dropdown > select a specific certification to see the apps that have that cert.
5. Hover over the chart lines to view the number of Compliant apps vs. Unverified (non-compliant) apps during the past few months.
6. Click the Review unverified apps link to see a list of apps that don't have the compliance type you selected.
From the App Overview Page
To view the security and compliance posture for a specific app, follow these steps:
1. In the Search bar at the top, search for and select an application of your choice.
2. Scroll down on the right sidebar to view the Security and Compliance posture for that application.
