App recommendations overview
This article provides an overview of the app Recommendation page.

When an app has SSO-based data and/or user-based engagement data, its app page includes a tab named Recommendation. When you click that tab, Productiv displays the Recommendation page.
The Recommendation page uses your organization's license information, data regarding user engagement with this app, and uploaded contracts (if available) to provide recommendations on app license rightsizing and license renewal.
The graphs and tables in the Recommendation page are extremely interactive, enabling you to drill down to fine details of how the app is currently being used.

| Note: Recommendations are dependent upon the data available for the selected app. To maximize Productiv insights about license use and user engagement, set up your app's engagement connector (if one is available), and upload your organization's contract information. |
