1. From the left navigation menu, select Apps.
2. From views, select Discovered.
   
3. From the Filter menu, select Data Sources.
   
4. Select includes Network.
   

Identify # of SaaS to put behind SSO

1. From the left navigation menu, select Apps.
2. From views, select Apps to put behind SSO.
   

Realize the # of unknown SaaS Acted upon

You must use labels to track ShadowIT and what was acted upon.

To add a label, do the following:

1. From the left navigation menu, select Apps.
2. From views, select Discovered.
   
3. Select Change Columns.
   
4. Select the Labels checkbox and click Apply.
5. Click Reorder columns.
6. Reorder labels by dragging it toward the top of the list and click Save.
7. Select a Label from the drop-down menu.
   

Track Security & Compliance Risk

1. From the left navigation menu, select Apps.
2. From views, select Security.
   
3. Select Change Columns.
4. Select Compliance Certificates and choose the certificate(s) you want to view.
5. Click Apply.

Apps Behind SSO

1. From the left navigation menu, select Apps.
2. From views, select Discovered.
   
3. From the Filter menu, select Data Sources.
   
4. Select includes SSO Logins.

Track SaaS Compliance Posture

1. From the left navigation menu, select Apps.
2. From views, select Compliance.
3. Select Change Columns.
4. Select Compliance Certificates and choose SOC2.
   
5. Click Apply.

Measure SaaS Usage - Engagement and Spend

1. From the left navigation menu, select Apps.
2. From views, All Apps.
3. Select Change Columns.
4. Select the Engagement checkbox and click Apply.

Track $ Spend

1. From the left navigation menu, select Apps.
2. From views, All Apps.
3. Select Change Columns.
4. Select Contract annual spend.
