Customers using purchase workflows can now assign steps to the requestor or the requestors manager in the workflow builder. This allows you to gather more information from the requestor or validate the need from the manager when necessary.
Requestor: This will assign the step to whoever made the initial intake request.
Requestor’s Manager: This will assign the step to the requestors manager using the HR data on Productiv that is gathered through one of Productiv’s HR Connectors. If Productiv does not have the requestor’s manager data available, the step will be assigned to the workflow’s Fallback Assignee.
