We're introducing support for automatic software provision via Microsoft Entra ID (formerly known as Azure Active Directory) in AppCenter. This new feature expands our capabilities in automatically fulfilling employee software access requests, alongside our existing support for Okta.
Why
With this integration, customers using Microsoft Entra ID as their SSO platform can now set up AppCenter to automatically fulfill employee software requests.
How
- Navigate to Settings → Access Management
- Click configure under Microsoft Entra ID user access management.
- Follow the instructions to connect Microsoft Entra ID to Productiv.
- Click configure under Microsoft Entra ID user access management.
- AppCenter admins can manage applications in AppCenter and select Microsoft Entra ID as the fulfillment method.
- When users request access to the application on AppCenter.
- Productiv system automatically involves approvers, if necessary, and adds the user to the corresponding Microsoft Entra ID group once approved.
- Users will see the app in their MyApps or Microsoft 365 portal.
